Holiness

God is holy and requires His children to be holy as well. Holiness means being clean from all impurity, separated from sin, and wholly dedicated to the Lord, both in heart and conduct.

It is attained by faith in the Word, in the blood of Christ, and through the work of the Holy Spirit. The church must strive to maintain high standards of inner and outer holiness, because the sanctified believer will be different from the world and their life will be light that glorifies God.

1 Peter 1:16

Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
