Sacrifice

Christian sacrifice begins at the cross, where Christ gave His life for humanity. In response to that love, the believer presents their body as a living, holy, and acceptable sacrifice to God, consecrating time, resources, and service to the Lord.

Offering a sacrifice of praise and doing everything for God's glory means renouncing selfishness and living in obedience to the Word. The church advances when its members serve with devotion, sustain the work faithfully, and bear witness to a love expressed in deeds.

Hebrews 13:15

By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
