During the fourth service of the XII Central American and Caribbean Congress, held in Panama, Rev. Carlos Medina, International Officer of the MMM ministry, shared a message that marked the essence of our identity as God's people: belonging to a family that does not depend on human laws, but on divine grace. Under the theme "Seven pillars of the victorious family" and drawing from the book of Exodus, the exposition focused on Jethro as the architect of unity in Moses' household, making clear that no ministerial success or achievement of a family father will be complete if the family core is in defeat. With spiritual rigor, Rev. Medina examined the dangers of materialism and hidden sins, describing adultery not only as a moral transgression, but as an anathema that erodes salvation and the well-being of generations.
The development of the Word highlighted the firm defense of childhood against the currents of the world, denouncing abortion as a cruel crime and presenting paternal love as the divine antidote against social disintegration. Rev. Carlos Medina, drawing on his professional experience in health, stressed that a home permeated by God's presence is the indispensable environment for forming a mature and balanced character. The seven pillars —communion with God, reverent fear, knowledge of the Word, love, good communication, forgiveness, and quality time— are the resistance manual of the Christian home in the 21st century. He urged believers to overcome arguments and bitterness, remembering that woman is a fragile vessel who deserves respect, love, and, above all, unconditional loyalty.
In closing, he emphasized that unity does not consist in the absence of conflict, but in the firm decision to remain together under the banner of Christ. At the end of the preaching, a solemn call to the altar brought marriages and children together in a prayer of restoration, recognizing that no matter how battered the family vineyard may be by the enemy, as long as it is alive there is hope for healing. The World Missionary Movement reaffirms that the family is a treasure of incalculable value and the foundation upon which the future of world evangelization is built, making clear that today is the time to raise walls of prayer to protect the legacy of generations to come.
